SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our aim is to have your order sent to you within 3-5 days after your order is placed. Occasionally there may be delays with the courier, particularly at seasonal times in the year. Please note, that once your order has been shipped it is out of our control and the courier will be responsible for delivering your order to you. If for any reason your order does not arrive or you have any queries, please email us on info@shanandcoskincare.co.uk with your order number and enquiry and we will be more than happy to help

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order with us and we have not yet shipped your order, you can notify us and we will issue a refund.

We take meticulous care when making and shipping all of our products, however if you are not happy with the products you have already received, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return them to us within 30 days of delivery if they are not opened or used in any way. You will have to arrange and pay the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you take all necessary steps and obtain proof of postage.

If the products you wish to return are damaged on delivery, please email us for assistance.

For both cancellations and returns, we will issue a customer choice of store credit or refund.

Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used or opened products. Refunds will only be made against the credit/debit card used for purchase
